Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Reality Create website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Services
Reality Create LLC provides digital marketing, lead generation, content, engagement, sales and business support services for coaches, consultants, trainers and experts. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a separate proposal or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials we reasonably need to perform the services. You represent that you have authority to enter into any agreement with us.
4. Payments
Fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and payable according to the schedule in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Our pre-existing templates, processes and materials remain our property. Deliverables created specifically for you and paid in full are licensed to you for use in your business, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other party’s confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of fulfilling the services, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reality Create LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Reality Create LLC for claims arising from your content, products, services, or breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement as provided in the applicable proposal or agreement. These Terms survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted at /terms with the effective date.
